Article 340 Federal Criminal Code

To whoever finds abandoned in any place a minor incapable of caring for himself or a wounded, invalid person or a person threatened by any danger, there shall be imposed from ten to sixty working days in favor of the community if he does not immediately give notice to the authority or omits to provide them the necessary aid when he could do so without personal risk.
