Article 342 Federal Criminal Code

To whoever exposes in a foundling home a child under seven years of age who has been entrusted to him, or delivers him to another charitable establishment or to any other person, without the consent of the one who entrusted him or of the authority in its absence, there shall be applied from one to four months of imprisonment and a fine of five to twenty pesos.
