When the value of the stolen property does not exceed one hundred times the wage, there shall be imposed up to two years of imprisonment and a fine of up to one hundred times the wage.
When it exceeds one hundred times the wage, but not five hundred, the penalty shall be from two to four years of imprisonment and a fine of one hundred up to one hundred eighty times the wage.
When it exceeds five hundred times the wage, the penalty shall be from four to ten years of imprisonment and a fine of one hundred eighty up to five hundred times the wage.
