Article 374 Federal Criminal Code

For the imposition of the penalty, the robbery shall also be considered as committed with violence:

I.- When it is done to a person different from the one robbed, who is found in her company, and

II.- When the thief exercises it after the robbery is consummated, to procure his escape or defend the stolen property.
