Article 376 Federal Criminal Code

In every case of robbery, if the judge deems it just, he may suspend the offender from one month to six years, in the rights of parental authority, guardianship, curatorship, expert, depositary or judicial intervener, trustee or intervener in insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, advisor and representative of absent persons, and in the exercise of any profession that requires a professional license.
