Article 381 Bis Federal Criminal Code

Without prejudice to the penalties that in accordance with articles 370, 371 and 372 must be imposed, from three days to ten years of imprisonment shall be applied to anyone who robs in buildings, dwellings, lodgings or rooms that are inhabited or intended for habitation, including in this designation not only those that are fixed to the ground, but also mobile ones, whatever the material of which they are built, as well as in those places or establishments intended for commercial activities.
