Article 427 Bis Federal Criminal Code

Anyone who, knowingly and for profit, evades without authorization any effective technological protection measure used by the producers of phonograms, artists, interpreters or performers, as well as authors of any work protected by copyright or related rights, shall be sanctioned with a penalty of six months to six years of imprisonment and from five hundred to one thousand days fine.
