TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

Failure to comply with the standards relating to the remuneration of work, duration of the working day and rest periods, contained in a Law contract, or in a collective employment contract, shall be sanctioned with a fine for the equivalent of 250 to 5000 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating.
