TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

Employees, employers and labor unions, federations and confederations of both, may report violations of the labor standards before the labor authorities.
The Court, and the Labor Inspectors, have the obligation to report before the Public Prosecutor's Office (Ministerio Público) the employing person of an industrial, field work, mining, commercial or services undertaking that has stopped paying or pays its field employees amounts lower than those set as general minimum wage.
