Article 1004-C Federal Labor Law

On whoever carries out subcontracting of personnel referred to in Article 12 of this Law, as well as on the natural persons or legal persons that provide subcontracting services without having the corresponding registration, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 14 and 15 of this Law, a fine of 2,000 to 50,000 times the Unit of Measurement and Updating shall be imposed, without prejudice to the other liabilities that may arise in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare shall give notice of the facts to the authorities that are competent.

The same sanction as that established in the preceding paragraph shall be applicable to those natural persons or legal persons that benefit from subcontracting in contravention of the provisions of Articles 12, 13, 14 and 15 of this Law.
