Article 1006 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SIXTEEN. Responsibilities and Sanctions

On anyone that presents false documents or witnesses, a penalty of six months to four years of imprisonment and a fine of 125 to 1900 Units of Measurement and Updating shall be imposed. In the case of employees, the fine shall be the wage that the employee receives in one week.
