TITLE THREE. Working Conditions · CHAPTER VII. Protective rules and privileges of the wage

The wages of the employees may not be garnished, except in the case of alimony decreed by the competent authority in benefit of the persons indicated in article 110, section V.
The employers are not obligated to comply with any other judicial or administrative order of garnishment.
