Article 116 Federal Labor Law

The establishment of outlets of intoxicating beverages and of houses of games of chance and of assignation is prohibited in the work centers. This prohibition shall be effective within a radius of four kilometers of the work centers located outside the towns.

For the purposes of this Law, intoxicating beverages are those whose alcoholic content exceeds five percent.
