TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III BIS. On Productivity, Training and Instruction of Employees

The employees who have been approved in the training and instruction examinations in the terms of this Chapter shall have the right for the instructing entity to issue them the respective certificates, which, authenticated by the Mixed Commission of Training and Instruction of the Enterprise, shall be made known to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, through the corresponding National Committee or, in its absence, through the labor authorities, so that the Ministry itself registers them and takes them into account when formulating the corresponding register of trained employees, in the terms of section IV of article 539.
