Non-compliance with the obligations contained in articles 154 and 156 gives the employee the right to request before the Court, at his choice, that the corresponding position be granted to him or that he be paid compensation (indemnity) in the amount of three months of wage. He shall also have the right to be paid the wages and interest, where applicable, referred to in the second paragraph of article 48.
