TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER IV. Rights of preference, seniority and promotion

Definitive vacancies, provisional ones with a duration greater than thirty days and newly created positions, shall be filled by the employee who has the immediately inferior category or rank, as well as greater training, with greater seniority, demonstrates greater aptitude, proves greater productivity and is suitable for the position.
