Article 167 Federal Labor Law

For the effects of this Title, dangerous or insanitary labors are those which, by the nature of the work, by the physical, chemical and biological conditions of the environment in which it is rendered, or by the composition of the raw material that is used, are capable of acting on the life and the physical and mental health of the woman in a state of gestation, or of the product.

The regulations that are issued shall determine the works that are included in the preceding definition.
