TITLE FIVE. Work of Women

The fathers or mothers of minors diagnosed with any type of cancer shall enjoy the leave referred to in article 140 Bis of the Social Security Law, in the terms referred to, with the intention of accompanying the mentioned patients in their corresponding medical treatments.
