TITLE FIVE BIS. Work of Minors

The use of the work of those younger than eighteen years of age is prohibited in overtime hours and on Sundays and obligatory rest days. In case of violation of this prohibition, the overtime hours shall be paid with two hundred percent more of the wage that corresponds to the hours of the working day, and the wage of the Sundays and obligatory rest days, in accordance with the provisions of articles 73 and 75.
