Article 183 Federal Labor Law

Employees in positions of trust may not form part of the labor unions of the other employees, nor shall they be taken into consideration in the counts that are effected to determine the majority in the cases of strike, nor may they be representatives of the employees in the bodies that are integrated in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

Said employees in positions of trust may also not participate in the count tests within the conflicts of ownership of the collective employment contract nor intervene in the consultations for the signing or review of collective employment contracts to which article 390 Ter, section II, of this Law refers.
