Article 185 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER II. Employees in positions of trust

The employer may terminate the employment relationship for cause if there exists a reasonable motive of loss of trust, even when it does not coincide with the justified causes of termination for cause referred to in article 47.
The employee in a position of trust may exercise the actions referred to in chapter IV of Title Second of this Law.
