Article 210 Federal Labor Law

In the cases of section V of the preceding article, if the employees agree to carry out works aimed at the recovery of the remains of the vessel or of the cargo, their wages shall be paid to them for the days they work. If the value of the objects salvaged exceeds the amount of the wages, the employees shall have the right to an additional bonus, in proportion to the efforts developed and the dangers faced for the salvage, which shall be fixed by agreement of the parties or by decision of the Court, which shall previously hear the opinion of the maritime authority.
