Article 218 Federal Labor Law

The following shall be considered members of the aeronautical crews, in accordance with the corresponding legal and technical provisions:

I.The pilot in command of the aircraft (Commander or Captain);

II.The officers who develop analogous labors;

III.The navigator; and

IV.The flight attendants.
