Article 238 Federal Labor Law

When for any cause a member of the technical crew has ceased to fly for 21 days or more, the crew member shall submit to the training corresponding to the category that they had at the moment of the suspension and prove that they possess the technical and practical capacity required for the performance and resumption of their work, in the terms that the Law of General Means of Communication and its regulations establish.
