TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER VII. Public service handling work in areas under federal jurisdiction

The wage shall be paid directly to the employee, in accordance with the provisions of article 100.
Payment made to organizations, whatever their nature, or to intermediaries, so that they in turn make the payment to the employees, does not release the employers from liability.
