TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER IX. Commercial agents and other similar persons

In order to determine the moment in which the right of the employees to receive the premiums arises, the following rules shall be observed:
I.If a single premium is fixed, at the moment in which the operation that serves as its basis is perfected; and
II.If the premiums are fixed on the periodic payments, at the moment in which these are made.
