TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER IX BIS. WORK ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS

The work on digital platforms shall be fixed by means of a contract that shall be different from the terms and conditions of the rendering of the service on the platform and may be signed digitally. The contract model shall be authorized and registered by the Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration (Centro Federal de Conciliación y Registro Laboral).
