TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER IX BIS. WORK ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS

The employees on digital platforms shall enjoy all the rights, including the collective ones recognized by this Law, for which the digital platform companies shall establish mechanisms that guarantee their full exercise.
