TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER IX BIS. WORK ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS

Current text · last reform published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 14 May 2026

The natural persons and legal persons that administer digital platforms shall make available to the employees mechanisms for the attention and review of decisions that affect or interrupt the connection, linking or access to the digital platform and must guarantee that said mechanisms be managed by personnel with autonomy and power of review over said decisions and not by algorithms or similar mechanisms.

Any rescission, limitation or prohibition in the connection, linking or access to the platform in which a written notice is not delivered, in an analogous form or through the digital platform, that immediately and clearly refers to the conduct or the conducts that motivate the decision, shall be null.

This notice must be accompanied by the detailed report with data of tasks, services, works or jobs, as well as the date or dates of connection, connection time, observations and ratings of the services provided by the employee.

In the case of not reaching an agreement or solution, the parties must go before the conciliatory authorities, in accordance with the provisions of Article 684-B of this Law.
