Article 291-T Federal Labor Law

It is prohibited to transfer the employees who are subject to a traditional employment relationship to a work scheme on digital platforms, with the purpose of seeking to distort the employment link, the rights associated with it or with the object of reducing the tax, social security or labor burdens that arise from the employment relationship.
