Article 293 Federal Labor Law

The employment relationships may be for a determined time, for an indeterminate time, for one or several seasons or for the holding of one or several events or functions. In the absence of express stipulations, the relationship shall be for an indeterminate time.

If, once the term has expired or the season has concluded, a new term of duration or another modality is not stipulated, and the employee continues providing their services, the relationship shall continue for an indeterminate time.
