Article 296 Federal Labor Law

The premium for the transfer of players shall be subject to the following rules:

I.The company or club shall make known to the professional athletes the regulation or clauses that contain it;

II.The amount of the premium shall be determined by agreement between the professional athlete and the company or club, and the category of the events or functions, that of the teams, that of the professional athlete and their seniority in the company or club shall be taken into consideration; and

III.The participation of the professional athlete in the premium shall be twenty-five percent, at least. If the percentage fixed is less than fifty percent, it shall be increased by five percent for each year of services, until reaching fifty percent, at least.
