Article 298 Federal Labor Law

Professional athletes have the following special obligations:

I.Submit to the discipline of the company or club;

II.Attend the preparation and training practices at the place and at the hour designated by the company or club and gather for the events or functions;

III.Make the trips for the events or functions in accordance with the provisions of the company or club. The transportation, lodging and food expenses shall be borne by the company or club; and

IV.Respect the local, national and international regulations that govern the practice of the sports.
