Article 308 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XI. Workers who are performing artists or performers

For the provision of services of the employees who are artists, interpreters or performers outside the Republic, in addition to the rules contained in Article 28, the following provisions shall be observed:
I.An advance of the wage for the contracted time of twenty-five percent, at least, must be made; and
II.Round-trip passage must be guaranteed.
