Article 321 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER XII. Work at home

The employers shall deliver free of charge to their home-based employees a foliated booklet authorized by the Labor Inspection, which shall be called Home-based Work Booklet and in which the data to which sections I, II and V of the preceding article refer shall be noted, and on each occasion that work is provided, those mentioned in section IV of the same article.
The lack of the booklet does not deprive the employee of the rights that correspond to them in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
