Article 322 Federal Labor Law

The National Minimum Wage Commission (Comisión Nacional de los Salarios Mínimos) shall fix the professional minimum wages of the different home-based works, and must take into consideration, among others, the following circumstances:

I.The nature and quality of the works:

II.The average time for the elaboration of the products;

III.The wages and benefits received by the employees of establishments and companies that elaborate the same or similar products; and

IV.The current prices in the market of the products of home-based work.

The books to which Article 320 refers shall be permanently at the disposal of the National Minimum Wage Commission.
