Article 326 Federal Labor Law

The home-based employees have the following special obligations:

I.Take the greatest care in the safekeeping and conservation of the materials and tools that they receive from the employer;

II.Elaborate the products in accordance with the quality agreed and customary;

III.Receive and deliver the work on the days and hours agreed; and

IV.Compensate the employer for the loss or deterioration that through their fault the materials and tools that they receive suffer. The responsibility of the home-based employee is governed by the provision contained in Article 110, section I.
