Article 332 Federal Labor Law

The following are not considered domestic workers and consequently are subject to the general or particular provisions of this Law:

I.Anyone who performs domestic work only occasionally or sporadically.

II.Anyone who provides cleaning, assistance, customer service and other similar services, in hotels, boarding houses, restaurants, inns, bars, hospitals, sanatoriums, schools, boarding schools and other similar establishments.
