Article 350 Federal Labor Law

Labor Inspectors have the following special powers and duties:

I.To oversee that the food provided to employees is healthy, abundant and nutritious;

II.To verify that the tips correspond in their totality to the employees; and

III.To oversee that the rules on the working day are respected.
