Registration may be denied only:
I.If the labor union does not propose the purpose provided for in article 356;
II.If it was not constituted with the number of members fixed in article 364; and
III.If the documents to which article 365 refers are not exhibited.
When the applicant does not comply with any of the foregoing requirements, in order to safeguard the right of association, the Registration Authority shall give notice to the applicant within the following five days so that they remedy their application, specifying the terms in which they must do so.
Once the requirements that are established for the registration of the labor unions are satisfied, the Registration Authority may not deny it.
If the Registration Authority does not resolve within a term of twenty days, the applicants may require it to dictate a resolution, and if it does not do so within the three days following the presentation of the request, the registration shall be had as made for all legal effects, the authority being obligated, within the following three days, to issue the respective certificate.
