Article 376 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER II. Labor unions, federations and confederations

The representation of the labor union shall be exercised by its general secretary or by the person designated by its board, unless there is a special provision of the bylaws.
The members of the union board who are separated by the employer or who separate for a cause attributable to the latter, shall continue exercising their functions except as provided in the bylaws.
