Article 379 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER II. Labor unions, federations and confederations

The labor unions shall dissolve:
I.By the vote of two thirds of the members that comprise them; and
II.By the passing of the term fixed in the bylaws.
