Article 383 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER II. Labor unions, federations and confederations

The bylaws of the federations and confederations, regardless of the applicable requirements of Article 371, shall contain:
I.Name and domicile and those of their constituent members;
II.Conditions of adhesion of new members; and
III.Manner in which their members shall be represented in the board and in the assemblies.
