Article 385 Federal Labor Law

For the purposes of the preceding article, the federations and confederations shall send in duplicate:

I.Certified copy of the record of the constitutive assembly;

II.A list with the name and domicile of its members;

III.Certified copy of the bylaws; and

IV.Certified copy of the record of the assembly in which the board has been elected.

The documentation shall be certified in accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of Article 365.
