TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

The Registration Authority (Autoridad Registral) shall make public, for consultation by any person, the information of the collective employment contracts that are deposited before it. Likewise, it shall issue copies of said documents, in terms of the provisions of the General Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information (Ley General de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública).
Preferably, the full text of the public versions of the collective employment contracts shall be available free of charge on the Internet site of the Registration Authority.
