TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

The agreement that lacks the determination of the wages shall not produce effects of a collective employment contract. If the stipulations on working day, days of rest and paid vacation are lacking, the legal provisions shall be applied.
