Article 404 Federal Labor Law

Contract-law is the agreement entered into between one or several labor unions of employees and several employers, or one or several labor unions of employers, for the purpose of establishing the conditions according to which the work must be rendered in a determined branch of industry, and declared obligatory in one or several States (federal entities), in one or several economic zones that cover one or more of said States, or in the entire national territory.
