Article 403 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

In the cases of dissolution of the labor union of employees that holds the collective employment contract or of termination of the latter, the working conditions shall continue in force in the company or establishment.
