TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

If, a collective employment contract having been signed, an employer separates from the labor union that entered into it, the contract shall nevertheless govern the relations of that employer with the labor union or labor unions of its employees.
