TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

If neither of the parties requested the revision in the terms of Article 399 or the right to strike was not exercised, the collective employment contract shall be extended for a period equal to its duration or shall continue for an undetermined time.
